Who are you?

You like to ensure that spaces are used correctly, but also have an eye for their potential. You handle keys and access badges with trust and enjoy rolling up your sleeves. You are practical and enjoy assisting visitors, participants, and team members with both advice and action.

What do you do?

You help prepare the rooms for public events (lectures, discussion evenings, nocturnes, school visits, workshops). You check that everything is in the right place and ensure there are no damages. You arrange chairs and tables, set up projectors, help unload materials, set out glasses, and assist with small technical tasks.
